On the right side of the POS screen, there are 18 buttons

These are the POS buttons, and they exist to make life easier for you at the register.
Each button represents a function
You can easily select one by clicking on it or pressing on it with your finger.
The 12 default buttons are pre-assigned
- But you can re-assign the buttons any way you choose.

The 12 default buttons are:
Cash: Tender = Cash
Credit Card: Tender = Credit Card
Balance Card: Tender = Balance Card
Find Customer: enables you to quickly look up a customer
Discount Lock: locks down the discount for the rest of the items you bring into the sale.
Discount Item: allows you to set a discount for an item
Tender Simple: brings up simple tender options
Refund Item: allows you to refund the selected item
Find Product: enables you to quickly find a product
Find Service: enables you to quickly find a service
Shipping: will bring up a Shipping window to be used if the order is being shipped from your store
No Sale:
Find Menu: Brings you to the POS Find Menu Screen
Function Menu: Brings you to the POS Function Menu
Quick Keys: Provides an easy look up for the Quick Keys you have set up.
- To set up Quick Keys go to
- Tools > Options > Store Number
- Select the Store
- This will open the Store Properties window
- Click on the Quick Keys button in the Task Bar
- This is where you will set up or modify your POS Quick Keys
Tenders: brings up a list of tenders to select from
Admin Menu: this is where you will find the Void Sale, Find Sale, No Sale, and Sales Receipt Summary options
Exit: Brings up the Closing Menu
