To access the Customer Order Detail Find program:

Go To:

Modules > Customer Orders > Detail Find

The Customer Order Detail Find program allows you to find any product in your system and call up all previous and current Customer Order information for that product (along with other information, if desired).

From the Customer Order Detail Find screen run a search for a product (or products) whose Customer Order history you want to see.

• You can run the search using Products as the search criteria,

or you can use any of a number of other search criteria.

• You can also scan the barcode of a product, and that will automatically run the search for that product.

Either way, the program will call up a list of products and the Customer Order history for those products.

Once you have set your search criteria and run your search, the results will display in the grid in the lower portion of the screen.

If you ran your search for just one product, that product's Customer Order history will display.

If you ran the search for multiple products, then all of them will display.

The columns of the grid portray a plethora of information, including Customer Order ID, quantity ordered, quantity allocated, and so on.

If you want to learn more information about a particular item right click on the item and a number of options will appear allowing you to dig deeper into the details.
