To pair a bluetooth device to the tablet or PC go into Settings > Bluetooth and Other Devices

Click on the + Add Bluetooth or other device

Select Bluetooth it will then try to discover the device.

Hold down the M button on the scanner for 5 seconds. This makes it discoverable.

It should show up in you pairing options as something like CS3070:........

Select that device and it should prompt you for a PIN.

Scan each number to enter the pin then scan the Enter barcode

You should be paired.

Now try scanning an item in iMRCHNT. If you see a result with a ^g at the end of the ISBN, you will need to reprogram the scanner. That ^g is what tells the program to hit enter after the scan takes place.

That's what pages 2 and 3 of the attached file will program the scanner to do.

Just scan in sequence from the top of page 2 to the bottom of page 3 ending with the Save Configuration barcode.

Try again in IM and see if it works.

If that doesn't work you might need to scan the reset barcode before scanning pages 2-3
