To download your website order file for processing in iMerchant, first you must setup the export columns to match the following columns:

These are default columns for Indie Commerce website users, customers with WordPress websites need to update their export plugin to use the columns above to import the file properly.

Generate Account Information for POS Integration
Then go to Interface / Indie Commerce or Wordpress WooCommerce
Settings tab and locate the Import Settings:
Wordpress Users must only fill in their domain name.
Indie Commerce users should generate the username and password, using the path below:
Then copy the file to your settings below in the Indie Commerce Module.
Next, click on the STATUS tab and find the button for RECEIVE WEB ORDERS.

You can setup this in the task scheduler to automatically download the file each night also.
