- Department Categories

- Email Settings

- Problem Codes

- Return Types

- Shipping Codes & Rates

- Tax Area & Tax Codes

- TBO Types

- Tenders

- TBO Rules

Once you have confirmed your System Options and Parameters are set, you can look at:

- PC Settings with User Security & Group Security

Lastly review your SERVICES button for specific items you may need.
