Click on the Product button on the NavBar
The Find Product window is where you set up (or select preexisting) guidelines that define your Product search.
To create a new query:
- Go To Advanced Search > Show
- Now click Advanced Search > New
- A window will pop up prompting for you to name your new query
- Enter a name and click on the OK button
- You will be brought back to the Find Product window with blank fields in search filters
- Fill in the filter criteria you wish to be used when selecting this Query
- When you have finished entering your search criteria, click on the Find button. Clicking on Find will not only begin your search, it will also save your query criteria
- CAUTION: Clicking on FIND saves the query, if you have made any changes to the criteria, they will be saved when you click on Find
- If you want to change the search criteria for an existing query, we suggest that you start in the Query, then go to Advanced Search > New from this Query. This will create a new query using the one you are in as a template.
You can access these Queries with Advanced Search set to Show or Hide.
When Advanced Search is set to hide, check the Apply Query box.
The Query drop down will appear upon placing the check mark.
When using Product Find Queries with Advanced Search = Hide, you can add up to four more search criteria without affecting the query.
