The simplest way to create a Products list is through the Find Product screen

• Click on the Product button on the NavBar
• Run your search with whatever filters you'd like
• Select the items you'd like to add to a list
• Right click on one of them
• Choose Product List - Add Items
• This brings up the Product List window
• Double click on the list you want to add to
  • from here you can also create a new list by clicking on the New button
• A prompt will appear
• Click on the OK button

When you use the Advanced Search and saved queries you can pretty much create a list based on any product data from this screen.

Product Lists can be created using several different programs in iMerchant as well

Within the system you can create a Product List anywhere an item comes up in a result grid by right clicking on it.

You can also create a product list from an external file, via File > Imports > Product List from File

Once a Product List has been created and named, you can use lists as input in searches, reports, buying, returning.
