The Quick Report option allows you to print a list in the display grid at the bottom of a find window, as well as the Buying Manager, in its entirety, regardless of how long it is.
e.g. You did a Find for all customers in your system with a last name that begins with the letter s.
Such a list would include hundreds of names, and it would not all fit in the display grid.
In order to view the list, you would need to scroll through it.
At any one time, only a small portion of the list would be visible on your computer screen.
Printing the screen using the Menu Bar option File > Print Screen would provide you with a printout that did not include the entire list.
With Quick Reports, the entire list will be printed.
With the list displayed in the display grid of the Find window (or Buying Manager), simply:
- From the Menu Bar select Reports > Quick Report.
- A List Report message box appears, listing the Report Name, User Name, Printer, and number of Copies.
- Adjust any of the fields as needed.
- You can Preview the report or view/adjust the settings by clicking on the appropriate buttons.

- When ready to print the report
- Click Print
- The entire list prints, and you have your hard copy.
The List Report message box will have expanded features if Grouping is turned on for the Find list in question.
If Grouping is turned on, the List Report message box will have the following features . . .
- There will be three tabs near the top of the Quick Report window:
- iMerchant Print (default):

Print Selected Items Only:
- Checked = If you had highlighted a portion of the records back on the find screen, only the highlighted records would print if you check this box.
- Unchecked = all records from the find screen list will print.

Report Header (first field): the name of the Find program you are in will automatically display
- You can change this to be anything you want.
- Whatever you key in here will appear in the header of the report.

Report Header (second field): your username will appear.
- This, too, will appear in the header of the report.
- You can also change this, if desired, to any name you want.
- Printer Options: there are three fields, where you select the Printer you will use to print the report, the Orientation (Landscape or Portrait), and the number of Copies to print.

Format: determines what Font you will use on the report
- Choose what size the font should be, whether or not to print Grid Lines, and whether or not to print the report in color.
- It also gives you the option to enable wrapping, which means columns that are too far to the right will not bleed onto the next page.
- when you click on Change Font a Font window opens, where you can select what Font you want to use
- Settings: determines whether you will print all of the pages for the report, or whether you will just print selected pages. Choose according to your needs for the print job.

The Task Bar buttons at the top of the window allow you to (in order):
Preview what the report will look like when it is printed
Print the report
Save the report as a .csv file to a location on your PC
Close out of the window without performing any function.
