When logging in to IMRCHNT, it brings up the main program but also brings up an error message. "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application - Not Found" 

The error is related to Windows 10 System Information Error.

To test, open CMD, enter systeminfo - Should print out a bunch of system details.  Otherwise check ConnectWise, if system information doesn't load; also a way to spot the error.

Go to the Media Creation Link:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button) and select Run.

This will launch the Repair and proceed normally.

Start with the option to Keep Everything.
