IMRCHNT for Square connects your IMRCHNT store to Square, so you can sell anywhere Square goes while IMRCHNT stays your single source of truth for products, inventory and sales.
It comes in two parts that work on their own or together:
- IMRCHNT for Square POS — sell in person with Square's point of sale, at the counter, at events or at book fairs, and have every sale land back in IMRCHNT.
- IMRCHNT for Square Web — take orders online through Square and bring them into IMRCHNT as customer orders, ready to fill.
It's built for retailers who already run their business on IMRCHNT and want Square's easy checkout without keeping two systems in sync by hand.
IMRCHNT for Square POS
Your IMRCHNT products show up in Square ready to sell, and your Square sales flow back into IMRCHNT as completed POS sales.
Products go to Square automatically. Titles, prices and stock are sent from IMRCHNT to your Square catalog on a regular schedule. Items that sell out are tucked away in Square and come back on their own when you restock, so your register only shows what you actually have.
Your labels scan at the register. The same barcodes printed on your IMRCHNT labels are used as the Square SKU. Scan a tag in Square and the right item comes up, with no re-labeling.
Take just the stock you need. Heading to an event or a book fair? Use an IMRCHNT Reserved Stock list and it appears in Square as its own location, holding only the items you set aside. You can also sync your full store as a location, or use a fixed location you manage yourself, and mix these as needed.
Sales come home. Sales rung up in Square POS are sent back to IMRCHNT as completed sales, so your on-hand counts and sales history stay accurate without re-keying. Returns and refunds are handled in Square.
IMRCHNT for Square Web
Sell online through Square and let IMRCHNT handle the orders like any other customer order.
Your IMRCHNT inventory feeds your Square catalog, so what customers see online matches what's on your shelves. When an online order comes in, it's brought into IMRCHNT as a customer order, with the items and customer details ready for your team to pick, pack and fulfill.
The difference from POS is simple: POS sales arrive as finished sales, while web orders arrive as open orders waiting to be filled.
