Add product keywords, alt department categories and other custom data to your product inventory.
Highlighted in yellow below is an example of an ALT Dept. Category.
Using the BINOCULAR button on the right side of the text box will bring up an option to SELECT one of the predefined options or add a NEW value.
Add a Custom Product Property / Tag Field
Go to: TOOLS > ADMINISTRATION > DESIGNER
Then click SCREEN DESIGNER
GO TO: FILE > OPEN FROM DATABASE > PRODUCT PROPERTIES >
Then you can pick one of the viewers (BOOKS, GENERAL .. ) or another from the menu.
Now use the PALETTE menu and drag one of the fields named PD_CODEX - The X will be replaced by a #.
Once you have placed the field in the correct location, right click on the field to access the caption.
