REWARD CLUB – COMPLETE SETUP GUIDE
STEP 1 – CREATE THE COUPON
Location: Tools > Parameters > Coupon Creation Settings
- Click New.
- Enter:
Coupon Code: RCC (OR PICK A DESCRIPTIVE CODE)
Coupon Name: Reward Club Coupon
- Issue Settings:
✓ Issue as a Service
Issue with Service: Reward Club Coupon
Leave unchecked:
- Issue as a Reward
- Use Existing Coupon
- Print Settings:
Coupon to Print: Coupon1
(Optional) ✓ Print Coupon on Receipt Printer
Receipt Image and Receipt Message are optional.
- Usage Settings:
✓ Calculate Start Date as: 0 days from date issued
✓ Calculate End Date as: 365 days from date issued
Single / Multiple Usage: One Time Use
Allowed Discounts: Any Item
Use with other coupons: Allow use with other coupons
Maximum Discount $ allowed: 0.00
- Calculation Settings:
Type of Coupon: Dollar amount off of total sale
Discount as Service: Reward Club Coupon
Tender: Reward Club Coupon
- Discount Amounts:
Dollar Discount: 10.00
Discount Percent: 0
Sale/Service %: 0
Valid on: Only Products

- Click Save.
The coupon is now created.
STEP 2 – CREATE THE REWARD CLUB SERVICE
This service is required because the coupon is issued “as a service” in Step 1.

Short Description / ID: RCC
System Control Tab:
Allow Discount: Always
Cost Percentage: 0.00
Allow Automatic Credit: Do not allow automatic credit
Important:
Coupon Creation Setting for Service must display:
Reward Club Coupon
(Use the select box if needed to link it.)
Save the service.
STEP 3 – SET UP THE REWARD PROGRAM
Location: Tools > Parameters > Rewards
Click New.
Enter:
Code: RCC
Description: Rewards Club (Coupon)
Membership Section:
Fee: 0.00
Days Valid: 0
Leave Service for Membership Fee blank (unless charging a fee).
Leave Product for Membership Fee blank.
Do not check Use Product Membership.
Reward Member Discount: Leave blank (unless using additional discounts).
Reward Program Section:
Select:
Multiple premiums allowed. Keep extra earnings.
Reward Calculation Section:
Award the following Service:
Reward Club Coupon
For: 1.00 Unit
When Dollars Spent Reach: 100.00
Or Items Bought Reach: 0
Pick options such as:
Exclude Discounted Items
Exclude Sale Items
Exclude Coupon Sales
This setup means:
• Customer earns 1 Reward Club Coupon
• For every $100.00 spent
• Coupon gives $10 off (from Step 1)
Click Save.
All three pieces must be configured correctly for the program to function.
