Last Allocation Date Bug Fix

- During receiving the Customer Order Allocation Save window didn't pop up.  Fixed Bug in Finding Customer Orders Related to Products and updates Last Allocation Date to current date / time.

Pineapple Payments Customer Tokens / Saved Credit Cards

- Update to fix Pineapple Payments token saving credit cards for customers for later usage.  

Indie Commerce / Import Export Files 

- Feature in Indie Commerce Properties / Import Export Data that allowing the user to pick between regular txt file exports or creating a csv type of file with new checkbox option on form.  

- Removed the Delete button from the toolbar to stop users from accidentally deleting records.  Moved the delete button into the Edit menu with 2 are you sure confirmation messages.

Purchase Orders and Vendor Policy 

- Update the Estimated Arrival Day to include the Vendor Policy setting of Lead Time Days.  New value will be Today + Lead Time Days.  

Indie Commerce / Import Export Files

- Added quotes around data when exporting Custom Products and WordPress Export Types.  

- Added new schedule task options to automate the Custom Product and the WordPress Exports.  Custom Product export now also includes same available column options for export as WordPress export type.  The custom product export will run a new query every time of all products that match the search an export the file.  The WordPress export type will only export data from the last time a file was created, using only progressive updates in each new file.   

The new parameters now available include:

Indie Commerce / Import Export Files

- INDIE COMMERCE CUSTOMERS MUST ADD THE FULL URL IF UPGRADING FROM A PREVIOUS VERSION OF IMRCHNT.
 

• Alter the column length for the Production URL to 500 characters.  Allowing customers to enter the full path to your Website Export Order File.  Also removed the default path for the production URL.  Indie Commerce customers need to set their full URL in this space.  Use the following paths along with your domain name.  Make sure to include the http:// or https:// depending on which URL you need to point to.

Customer Attention Settings at POS

- Update to POS with a customer attached to a sale for clearing the color of the attention field when moving from sale to sale.

Customer Orders

• Bug fix when using Tools > System Option > Customer Order Tab "Automatically allocate from available stock on initial entry", when checked this will automatically fill in the Last Allocated Time Date.  

Point of Sale Response Codes

• New response codes for failed transactions including user time outs, user cancels, device not online and device not available errors.  If the user lets the device time out, IMRCHNT will respond with the following message.  If you click Retry, it will automatically prompt the user again on the pin pad for payment again.  

Point of Sale Escape Function

• Fix to not allow escape function after completing a sale at POS and after the approval message but before printing of a receipt.

Product Image Finder

• Added instructions for Product Images Finder for type of pictures.

Find Vendor

• Additional columns added to Find Vendor grid, Contact, Address, City, State, Zip, Email, Phone, SAN, EDI and Master Account.

Web Order Importer

• Added the columns Accounting Category, Department Category, Tax Code, Discount and Reorder Rule as default options when new products are adding through the web order importer.  

Indie Commerce / Import Export Tool

• Update to Custom Product / Store Book Export file creation to fix header and extra line being added to export file.

Find Vendor

• Option added the Find Vendor to allow limiting which Vendor Address Type is shown on the search results.  A default value was added to the system options screen or you can use the VIEW menu to limit options also.  

Product Photo Lookup at Ingram

• Added validation check for blank ISBNs when doing Ingram web services photo look up to stop any extra lag that may be caused by sending null value.
