• Improved error checking when importing files.

Physical Inventory

Changes were made to the Manage Physical Inventory Process screen.

• The Invoice Variance Summary section on the bottom of the screen now has a button that can toggle the summary from just the variances to the complete inventory. Previous releases only showed the variance totals.

• When viewing a Physical Inventory coded as partial, the complete list only includes the items counted.

• The summary level is displayed above the summary section in a bold font.

• A View Menu was added as an alternate method of reviewing the various inventory lists.

  • “Count Variance List” is the same as the view button next to the Count Variance value.

  • “Not on File List” is the same as the view button next to the Not on File value.

  • “Review Complete Inventory” shows all items included in the inventory. This list can be very large since it includes the matched items, variance items, and the items not counted when this is a complete inventory. Some PCs may not be able to be create a complete listing.

Coupons

• A new type of coupon was added Dollar amount off as Service. 

  • The service associated with the coupon is added as a credit to the sale with the dollar amount defined. 

  • POS does not check to see of the coupon exceeds the current sale amount

• Discount as Service – This identifies the service that is added to the sale when the “Type of coupon” is “Dollar amount off as Service”.  The field only applies to a “Dollar amount off as Service” coupon type. 

Coupon Creation Settings

• The new coupon type of Dollar amount off as Service can be defined.

• The dollar amount can be fixed or calculated based on a percentage. This is consistent with the “Dollar amount off of total sale” type of coupon.
