Marc Export

• Renaming of VSANDSQ1 file includes a date tim stamp so the file is retained for a short period of time.

• When adding new products, the program will assume the accounting category is the first 2 digits of the deprtment category followed by 4 zeroes. If this is not on file, the accounting category from the default product is used.

SBT imports

• When processing 810 or 832 files, if a 997 confirmation file is found, the file will be tagged as completed and moved to the imported folder. 

• 997 files are confirmations that a previously sent file was received..

Detail Transaction Journal

• A new POS transaction finder was added, the POS transaction Journal. 

• This finder will list all the POS transaction types in a single grid. This include the Product transaction, Service Transactions, Tender Transaction and the sales tax information. 

Marc Export

• New products added from the MARC system will convert the 10 digit MARC ISBN into an ISBN-13.

Marc EDI

• The Get Acknowledgement process was not searching the MARC output folder properly, so file confirmations were not available.

• The file name was not changing when sending an EDI PO file.

FillZ

• The export file was bypassing products without a valid ISBN. This update now includes all products in the export query. When a valid ISBN is not available the product number is used. This will appear in the “BN” tag.

Advanced Find

• The “Starts” operator was not working correctly.

Main Menu

• Added a Launch another session option under the File Menu.

• If running SAAS, a logoff option exists under the File Menu.

Saas

• The error log is created so that everyone can write to it

• Logs, EDI, and ATL files and folders are created in the base folder where [i]merchant is launched.

Charge It Pro

• The Cpro server DLL has been updated to version 5.1.52.
