- The tax area is used to default the tax area on a new customer order.
Customer Sales Summary Report
- A summary version of the customer sales report was created.
- Sales can be selected as total dollars spent or just dollars spend on products.
- The summary report does not print customer specific line. Instead each detail line prints the sum of the customers with the same values in the selected fields.
-
- For example, assume the selected fields of the report were customer type, the billing state, and year to date sales. The report would have a single line for each customer type and state with the total year to date sales.
- If these same fields were selected in the customer sales report, there would be a line for each customer showing the customer type and state, and that customer’s year to date sales.
Customer Sales Report
- An option was added so that sales can be reported as total dollars spent or just dollars spent on products.
- Previous releases only reported on total dollars spent.
EDI
- Processing of the 810 invoice document was modified. (36)
- The invoice date was not being saved properly.
- Processing of the 810 invoice files will wait until the 856 ASN files have been imported. Previously it was possible for the 810 invoice file to be processed before the 856 ASN was received. When this happened the invoice information would not be included on the preliminary receiving entry.
EDI ASN processing
- When processing multiple ASN files in a single batch, the first product in a file could be incorrectly tagged with the wrong carton ID. This has been fixed. (213)

- A new menu selection and report definition was added called “PO Form Consolidate by product”
-
- This format will add together the quantities from individual product line items by product number. This allows a PO that contains products from multiple stores to print a PO with one line per product.
- When consolidating products, [i]merchant will use the order cost, retail price, discount and other product information from the first item for the product.
- When printing from the PO Properties forms, [i]merchant will check to see if the PO contains multiple items for a product. If it does, a prompt will appear asking for the consolidated version of the PO form should be used.
- The standard PO form and the consolidated are separate reports. Although similar, they do not share the same designer, or saved report designs.

- Microsoft has broken out the SQL Server Management studio into a spate install. As a result a new button was added to the installer which installes SSMS.
- Since a reboot may be required after installing SQL server or SQL server management studio, the [i]merchant installer program automatically close after each installation.
