Web Importer

•    If the same customer was shipping to multiple locations imrchnt changed the shipping address which caused all orders to use the last imported shipping address. 

•     The update will now will try to match the shipping address coming from Indie Commerce to an existing address attached to the customer.

•    Corrected error where some HTML was being on the receipt.
