• Improve editing for A/R and Balance Card imports.

System Options

• On the POS tab, added a check box that forces the customer recalculation prompt to appear when a customer without a discount is accepted into a sale that has items. 

• When this option is not checked, the behavior is consistent with releases before 15.12.04.g.

Charge It Pro

• Updates were made so the Flagship platform will accept a gift credit card as a partial payment. This feature needs to be coordinated with Charge It Pro.

Rewards

New options have been added to the reward program. These options are available in the reward parameter.

Automatic discount for reward members.

• An automatic discount code can be applied to the reward program. The fields is available in the Membership section of the screen.

• The reward discount is used in POS when the customer does not have an automatic discount set.

• The reward discount only applies if the membership is active.

• If the customer has multiple reward programs, the discount from the first active reward program will be used.

• The Customer Reward screen will show the automatic discount that POS will use. 

Reward Exclusions.

• The Calculation section of the screen has check boxes to exclude discounted and sale items.

• If an item is discounted or on sale and the corresponding exclude box is cheeked, the item not eligible for rewards.

• When using the Discount Exclusion be aware of the automatic discount settings of the reward customers.

  • Do not set a reward discount.

  • Customers with an automatic discount probably should not be members of this program.

• The reward discount is used in POS when the customer does not have an automatic discount set.
