• An error log entry will be made when [i]merchant does an automatic void of a credit card.
• The message will indicate the reason for the automatic void. Typical automatic voids are because of a soft void, or removal of a tender.

• Add import option for BookLog POS data.
• This will import POS transactions that have a customer associate with the sale. The information is for customer sales purposes only.
• A detailine will be made for each product in the sale.
• Non-product items are consolidated into the NOF service.
• The BookLog tenders are unknown so the imported sales will appear as a cash transaction.

Customer Orders / POS

• Customer order tokens save the type of credit card returned when getting the token. This card type will be used when processing the token at POS via the DataCap interface.
• Tokens taken prior to this update will not have a type of credit card saved. These will be processed as a “CreditCard’.

• When processing a customer order with a saved credit card token POS looks at the tender saved in the customer order to determine which credit card network should be used to process the payment.
• Previously, the user had to manually determine which network should be used for processing.  The transaction would fail if the incorrect network was selected.

Texting / Connection Manager

• New Twilio accounts are giving an error because the messages are not using TLS1.2 protocol.
• This can be resolved by changing the default TLS version to 1.2 in the windows registry.
• Since access to the registry is restricted to administrative users, the Connection Manager program was updated to add the necessary entry for TLS1.2.
• Run the [i]merchant Connection Manager and click the launch [i]merchant button. This will add the necessary registry entry to the PC. This should be done on each PC that will be using the Twilio texting feature.

• Disabled amount confirmation prompt on DataCap devices.

• Accounting Export Updates for QBO - Updates to show last batch sent date / time, username and the version of the export.

Book Buying Details, Cover Photo Integration Issue

• Bug fix for Cover Photos displaying properly in buying details when moving next & prior buttons.  Updated wbBrowserBox with (Me.wbBrowserBox.DocumentText = html) as Document.write(html) wasn't updating the browser url for the image.

POS

• The POS credit card screen was modified to only show the options for interfaces in use by the register. This change allows a store to transition from one processor to another without the extra processor selection screen.
• A Credit Card Manual Entry button was added to the Tender Manu. This option allows the user to choose between manually entering a card on the Pin Device, or to use the normal card selection screen.
• The Credit Card Manual option has been added as a POS function. This allows the option to be used when designing the POS keys or quick keys.
• The Point manual card selection option was removed from the default credit card menu. The manual option is now included in the Credit Card Manual button. This eliminates the extra selection step that was required by Point.

• Voiding a DataCap credit card sale was giving an error depending on the card processor. This has been corrected.
