FIllZ Indaba
• Remove check to see if file is newer than the last one processed. This was causing some orders to not be processed.
o Indaba does not order files sequentially and says all files represent new orders.

Indie Commerce
• Update ClearLastExtractDate to clear all send / receive date times.

• When importing a Bill TO or Ship TO address, imrchnt was adding extra line feeds on a multiple line address.

• The ability to create balance forward A/R statements was added.
