ChrisLands website provider customers will need to follow the steps below to create an Inventory export. 

Open IMERCHANT and from the top menu click,
FILE / EXPORTS

Click NEW REPORT and Pick PRODUCT as the Export Type:

Next Download the ChrisLands XML Inventory Export Design below.

Download the XML file below first, then use the IMPORT XML button to match the column names  needed in the inventory file click IMPORT XML: ChrisLandsInventoryExport.xml

Once the blank report screen shows, use the IMPORT XML button to import the saved design from above.

Pick a Title for your REPORT EXPORT

The IMPORT will automatically load the details for the report, confirm non of the checkboxes are checked.

Next,

Match the settings below except customize the QUERY to match your requirements.

Include Headings, TAB Delimited, Add Date Time, Setup file name, Pick folder path

Send File Via: FTP - Then select saved FTP settings.

Make sure to SAVE SETTINGS.

Once saved, close the saved design and use the button RUN REPORT to create the file.
