•    By default the phone numbers will not be automatically formatted.

•    When searching by phone number, IMRCHNT will try to match against the formatted phone number when the format phone number option is enabled.

•    Note the phone number entered in the search box is not reformatted.

Tools > Options:

•    A setting to enable automatic phone number formatting has been added.

•    The option is available on the general tab.

•    When enabled, phone numbers will be formatted when the user leaves the field.
