Copy Local File from SAAS Terminal to Local PC

If You Can See The File in your RDP Session:

Highlight the file on the SAAS Terminal you want to copy to your local desktop.

Click CONTROL C (COPIES THE FILE)

Minimize the SAAS session and open file explorer on your local desktop, find the folder location you want to copy the file to.

Click any space inside the local folder on your PC.

Click CONTROL V (CUTS THE FILE TO YOUR DESKTOP)

If you can't see your local harddrive to copy to:

Client Settings

  1. Right-click on the RDP icon that you use to connect, then select “Edit“.
  2. Select the “Local Resources” tab.
  3. Check the “Clipboard” option. To allow file copying and pasting, select “More…” and proceed to step 

4. If you just need the ability to copy and paste text and not files, stop here and click “OK“.

Select the “Drives” option. Click “OK“, then “OK” again.

Save IMRCHNT Report or File to Local Harddrive

Confirm you have turned on the settings above to show your local drives.  Then you should be able to export to any network drive connected to your local PC.  

If you are exporting Accounting Files, Click Export then follow the directions below:

The file will default to a folder on your RDP Session on the server.  Locate THIS PC in the left side and click.

Once you click THIS PC, you will see the REDIRECTED DRIVES on the bottom.  Find the name of your PC and double click to open your local drives.  

Find the folder to save the file to and click SAVE to finish.
