Bad File Name or Number - NEW RELEASE INSTALL

If you are installing a new release onto a NEW PC and are encountering the following error:

Go to: Tools > Customize

Then click BACKGROUND - Wait for the open dialog to show then close and exit with RED X in top right of window to close.  

Open and close IMRCHNT to confirm.
