How do I run a report that includes products that have not sold during the period.

The cost profit report will include items with no sales.

To run the Cost Profit Report

Go To: Reports > Reports > Sales Analysis > Cost Profit Report

Select the Type of Period, your Earliest Period Start Date, your Latest Period End

Check whether or not you want to show each period as a separate line and how you want to show products by.

Include any filters you would like.

Click on the Submit button in the Task Bar

If you are running the report for more than 1 range (multiple months or days, years at a time), unclick the "Show Each Period as a Separate Line" checkbox to summarize your product line into one.
