To save a report in IMRCHNT SaaS session to your local desktop, make sure your RDP settings are set to show your local drives so they are available to save to.

Click on the LOCAL RESOURCES tab, and click the MORE... button.

Make sure your Local Disk (C:) is checked and any additional drives you want to access.

Click OK to save changes.
